Orange Smoothie

FABULOUS smoothie
8 oz unsweetened Almond Milk
1 orange
1/4 avocado,
1 scoop AboutTime vanilla whey Protein isolate
1/3 of a small banana (about 2 inches in length)
1 T unsweetened coconut.
4-6 Ice cubes too.
Blend drink enjoy
1 serving is equivalent to:
Carbs-2
Fats-2
Protein-4
