Blend together:

1 scoop About Time Mocha mint Whey isolate

1/2 Banana

1/2 Avocado

1/2 c blueberries

3/4 c unsweetened Almond milk

1 t cocoa powder

1 t instant coffee

1/2 t fresh mint, minced

 

yields 2, 8 oz shakes

per shake:

calories- 180

fat- 8 g

carbs-8 g

protein- 15 g
