Goji Coconut Energy Blast Smoothie

Our Goji Coconut Energy Blast Smoothie is loaded in so many healthy nutrients to keep you fueled even on the busiest days.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, washed and chopped
  • 4 oz coconut water
  • 4 oz light coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana- frozen and sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 kiwi- peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup goji berries- soaked to soften
  • 1 scoop About Time chocolate protein
  • 1/8 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes

NOTE: soak goji berries in water for 10 minutes before using.

Add liquid to your blender, followed by the fruit. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy. be sure to soak goji berries in water for 10 minutes before adding them to your blender. Yields 2- 16 oz shakes
