I was inspired by a freind at a recent dinner party, She made this but I didn’t get the recipe so I configured my own

Salad:

12- fresh Brussel Sprouts, trim off bottom and cut in half

3 baby carrots

2 cloves garlic

1 T walnuts- slightly chopped

Place sprouts in a food processor, chop until itlooks like coleslaw. Place in a bowl. Place carrots and garlic in processor, blend place in bowl with sprouts and mix together.

 

Dressing:

1 T honey

1 T plain Greek yogurt

1 T whte vinegar

1 T grain mustard

1 packet Stevia

Mix together and top salad right before serving

 

Serves 2:

per serving:

calories- 120

fat- 4.5 g

carbs- 14 g

protein- 6 g
