This Apple Pear Banana smoothie is a great way to incorporate veggies into your meal plan or into your kids!! Try different fruit variations  like blueberries or strawberries, add avocado even, to make multi colored shakes

 

1 apple cored

1 pear, cored

1 banana

1 stalk celery

1 c spinach

1 scoop About Time Birthday Cake protein

1/2 c water

6-8 oz unsweetened almond milk

 

Blend all ingredients together- enjoy
