1 to 2 large sweet potatoes

non stick spray
water in a spray bottle
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Slice sweet no more than 1/8 inch thick, ( less is better) try to kep them all the same thickness. use a mondolin if you have one.
Spray 2 cookie sheets with the non stick spray. place slices on trays in a single layer. lightly spray potatoes with a light spritz of water and sprinkle with salt.
bake for about 25 minutes or until browned and dried.
remove from oven and lightly spritz with water. sprinkle on About Time cinnamon swirl protein. place trays back in oven for 1 to 2 minutes to dry out water
enjoy. about 200 calories per potato
