1/2 c Almond flour
1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl protein
10 Packets Truvia or Stevia equivalent
1/4 t each Salt, Baking Powder, Baking soda
1 T Greek Plain Yogurt
1 T unsweetened Almond Milk
1 T melted Coconut oil
1 t vanilla extract
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl. Mix all wet ingredients together in another bowl. Add wet to dry and mix together. Form 14 dough balls.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top of dough balls. Place on a light colored tray sprayed with non stick spray, press lightly. Bake 9 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 1 minute. Transfer cookies to wire rack- cool completely before eating. then devour!
