Homemade peanut butter cups for all of us who LOVE nut butters!
5 T Dark Chocolate chips
4 T nut butter- peanut, almond your preference
3 T unsweetened coconut
1 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl protein
1/2 t cinnamon
mix all ingredients except chocolate chips together. roll into 15 balls and slightly press. Place chocolate chips into a small metal bowl and melt on top of a small pot of water on low heat. Once melted, drop each disc in chocolate toss once and pick up with a fork and drain. Place on wax paper till cool and chocolate hardens. There will be some chocolate left over.
