What does natural flavors consist of?
Currently we use items such as red beet root, beta carotene, mint, cocoa powder, carob powder, vanilla bean, peanut flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg.
Are we organic?
Currently we use many organic raw materials but are not certified organic.
Are we kosher?
Currently we are not kosher certified.
Are we gluten free?
Most of AboutTime products are gluten free. We third party test for gluten on all batches. We are not a certified gluten free facility.
Is our whey grassfed?
YES! We use grassfed whey in all of our whey products. Due to volume and possibilities of grassfed shortages, we do not advertise this on our labels.
Is our whey lactose free?
Our whey isolate meets all federal label claims for determination of being lactose free. We third party test all batches for lactose.
Is our whey or plant based proteins SOY free?
YES! Both types of proteins are soy free.
Can pregnant women take your products?
Since every person and every pregnancy is different, we do ask that you speak with your doctor before taking any products. AboutTime supplements are made with NO artificial ingredients, NO banned substances, NO synthetic caffeine.

Why cannot I not login or complete my order?
Most issues arise from browsers, cookies, caching and security settings.
It says my credit card failed because of a mismatch.
This is caused because the address entered as the billing address during the checkout process is not the billing address connected to the card you are checking out with. Please verify the cards billing address and try to checkout again.
It says checkout failed due to a duplicate payment or billing profile.
If you receive either of these errors or any error with a duplicate record notification please follow these instructions. If the error persists please contact support.
- Go to your My Account page and delete any payment methods connected to your account.
- Next try and add your payment method back to your account with the “add payment method” button.
- Next update your billing address here even if it is the same just click edit and then save.
- Next update your shipping address here even if it is the same just click edit and then save.
- Then go back and try to checkout
