Chocolate Peanut Butter oatmeal. Recipe from Clean eating and Focused Training
We used Love Bean Fudge to give this oatmeal the chocolate taste. Love Bean Fudge is a raw, vegan, organic, gluten/soy free chocolate spread….and it’s amazing. 1/2 c oats
1/4 c walnuts
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1/4 c milk (any type of milk will do)
1 tablespoon Love Bean Fudge
2 tablespoons AboutTime Chocolate Protein Powder (use our code ‘CLEANEATING’ for 25% off!)
3 egg whites (optional- but good for extra protein!)
2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
2 tablespoons TruVibe Organics chia seeds
2 tablespoons flax seeds
In a small pan, bring water, milk and cacao nibs to a boil. Add in remaining ingredients and cook on low (stirring occasionally) until all liquid is absorbed. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
