You are in for a treat! We are having a healthy BBQ and I made a wonderful and easy dessert that was sure to satisfy everyone’s chocolate and sweet cravings( without the sugar!)
What u will need–
3 cups oats
1 Scoop chocolate or peanut butter About Time protein powder
2 tbsp stevia
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of chopped almonds
Place milk and PB in microwave for 1min to soften up PB
Mix oats, protein powder, stevia, cocoa and almonds together, then add wet mix .
Mix all together and spoon out. Roll balls about half the size of ping pong balls. Place balls on wax paper and on a cookie sheet.
Place in freezer for 20 mins.
Makes about 50 Balls -serving 5 balls
Carbs: 5 g
Fat: 5 g
Then you can take out and eat or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
