Chia Energy “Jello”
Need a quick pick me up? Get a quick nutrient packed boost with this easy chia seed “jello”. Personally, I like to flavor it up with cinnamon and stevia, but it is very versatile with sweet or savory. Chia does not have much flavor by itself, so get creative.
- 1 Tbs. chia seed
- ½ cup water or any liquid of choice
- Dash of cinnamon
- 3-4 drops pure stevia
- Put chia seed into ramekin followed by ½ cup liquid of choice
- Microwave in 30 second intervals until a gel like consistency forms
- Allow to cool for about 5-10 minutes and add flavoring of choice.
