Chocolate Protein Muffins. Recipe provided from Clean eating and Focused Training
These protein muffins are THE BEST protein muffins I’ve ever made…do yourself a favor and make them…now!
-1 c ground oatmeal
-6 egg whites
-1/3 c milk
-1 1/2 scoops chocolate About Time Protein (use our code ‘CLEANEATING’ for 25% off!!)
-2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 tsp agave nectar (or honey
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-2 tablespoons peanut butter
– 2 tablespoons chia seeds
-1/4 c walnuts
-1/4 c dark chocolate chips
Blend oats in nutribullet or food processor. Add in all remaining ingredients (EXCEPT: walnuts and chocolate chips) and process again. Pour batter into greased muffin tins. Top with walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Top with You Fresh Naturals cookie butter and devour.
