Strengthen and Sculpt Your Abs With Hannah:
Hannah uses TRX bands to do the “body saw” exercise & suspended, oblique, and side crunches.
Using a bar, Hannah does hanging flutter kicks and hanging knee circles.
Hannah does a power set of different style crunches, while hanging to strengthen core and sculpt abs.
Using TRX bands, Hannah performs suspended crunches with push-Up & oblique crunches.
