It’s very simple. Take the deck of playing cards (sans Jokers) and shuffle them. Each of the four suits (hearts, diamonds, clubs and spades) is assigned a particular exercise. The number of each exercise you do is the face value of the cards. Each of the face cards (Jack, Queen and King) plus the Ace are their own exercise. Begin by simply flipping over the top card in the deck, perform indicated exercise, then flip the next card in the deck and continue. Ideally, as soon as you complete one exercise, you will move on to the next and work through the deck as quickly as possible – but please take rest breaks, as needed. To make it more challenging, try timing yourself and work on improving your time each workout!
