Pumpkin Pecan Oatmeal
1/3 cup steel cut oats or oat bran
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup pure canned pumpkin
1 scoop About Time cinnamon swirl protein powder
1Tbsp toasted pecans (optional)
Stevia to taste
1) Prepare first 3 ingredients in a bowl with enough boiling water too cover oats.
2) Stir and cover.
3) Once set (about 5 -7 mins), stir in pumpkin and protein powder, top with toasted pecans.
