Peni is pretty serious when it comes to her shakes. She likes variety and flavor. This one makes an awesome mid day pick-me-up!!

1 kiwi and 1/2 an orange
1 small handful frozen berries
1 scoop of vanilla about time (strawberry is good too)
4 oz greek yogurt and 4 oz water
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp fresh lime juice

Blend with ice and enjoy!
