All you need is a bench, sturdy flat surface like a chair, or 12 to 16 inch plyo box.
The workout: do all exercises in succession and then repeat for 3 giant sets. If you want to test yourself, set a timer and keep track each time you do the workout and aim to beat last workout’s time!
Tricep dip (10)
Push ups- feet on bench (10)
Step ups (15 each leg)
Air squats, booty to bench (15)
* if the push ups are too much at first opt for regular pushups, or the knees on floor variation!
This is a great “take anywhere” workout! You can do it indoors at home, in a hotel, on vacation, at a park….virtually anywhere!
