I have been meaning to try this product and it did not disappoint! This weekend I made both flavors and the consistency is SPOT ON. I have been gluten free for 6 years now and I have yet to have a make-at-home pancake with the texture of these pancakes. A bit crisp on the edges, soft pillowey goodness on the inside, no grit, no weird after taste. Even approved by my other half (who LOVES his gluten, y’all!) These pancakes are delicious plain, stored in the fridge the next day, with butter & syrup, fruit, and nut butter! Also, they reheat incredibly well and serve me as my mid-morning meal! So good. SO YUMMY DO NOT EVER DISCONTINUE THIS PRODUCT.
These whey flavors are spot on and flippin’ delicious!!! I bought About Time because it’s a pure whey isolate that contained no whey concentrate. I was having some bloating with my IBS that I attributed to the whey concentrate I was currently using. I stumbled on AT and tried their sample pack and loved it. The solubility is FANTASTIC. This protein mixes well with just about anything. As for flavors, they are all very tasty, but my favorite has been strawberry. These protein powders have a better flavor than the big name brand powders I’ve used in the past, so that is a nice bonus!. Efficacy? This supplement works great. AboutTime whey proteins didn’t add fuel to the fire. They settled well in my gut and never made me feel heavy. In conclusion, I get a better experience out of About Time’s whey than I did with prior supplements. Better solubility (no clumping for me), better flavor, and great function without causing IBS flare-ups.
