Flourless Chocolate-Chip Cookies
Blend dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix. Add carob chips, vanilla, coconut oil and 1 T almond milk. Mix. Add additional 1 T almond milk as needed. Form dough into balls and press into cookie shapes, and place on a greased cookie sheet. Cook 6 minutes at 375 F. Yields 5 cookies
