Black Bean Flat Bread


1 Scoop About Time Unflavored protein

1 egg

2 egg whites

1/4 c flax meal

1/4 c mashed black beans

1/4 c salsa

1/2 t garlic powder

1/2 t onion powder

Mix together, egg, egg whites, black beans and salsa in one bowl. In another bow mix together the protein, flax meal and seasonings. Add dry ingredients into the wet, mix together. Heat a non stick skillet on med high heat, spray well with non stick spray, pour in 1/3 c of the mixture, cook until browned, flip and cook until browned. Cool on a wire rack as you continue to make other 2 flat breads.
