Growing up, I loved all sports, specifically basketball and soccer. As I got older, these things lost importance to me and life got in the way. I began to gain weight and soon found myself out of shape and over weight. In 2012 I began working with a personal trainer to get back into shape. During this time, I discovered my love for running and overall weight training. In 2015, I began CrossFit and instantly fell in love. I love the high intensity workouts and lifting heavy weights; the heavier the better. Along with my fitness journey, I have worked with a nutrition coach who has taught me how to eat clean. Today, I have found enjoyment in the ability to eat clean, natural, whole foods and how it is has improved my strength and endurance as well.
