With a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences and an emphasis in Sports Nutrition from Benedictine University, Meghan has a strong background in dietetics, fitness, and wellness. Her expertise comes from working in a variety of settings, including wellness/holistic centers, health clubs, fitness/dance centers, food management and as a brand ambassador for various nutrition companies. Besides having a nutritionist title, Meghan has a primary group exercise certification from AFAA, and is a CPR/AED card holder. She also has a food safety sanitation certificate. Besides being on the Dean’s List throughout her college career, and the vice president of the nutrition club at Benedictine University, Meghan started her own compost/waste program at the school that is still thriving today. She loves to help others and volunteer, workout, and study nutrition research in her spare time.
