I’m not and IFBB anything or a Fitness anything. I’m a guy that’s getting older and I’m afraid of it. Recently, for personal reasons, I spent time in a memory care facility. It’s scary, plain and simple. Doing the simple math, I might only have 25-30 years left before I’ll begin to forget things I don’t want to forget and will be physically unable to do much of what I can do today. I studied Accounting in school and became an accountant. Throught a long series of events I became a headhunter in my early 30’s. Nevertheless, through the years like so many Americans, I sit in a chair at work way too much. The best way to fight the aging is to eat right and exercise…stay active. And, be around young people. These days, I workout (weight training and wrestling) four to six times a week, depending on the season. I coach youth, middle school and high school wrestlers and plan to do all of this for as long my body will let me.
