First off, I am a wife and mom. I live a busy lifestyle with work and the kids, but find it just as important to make myself a priority. In order to maintain my sanity, I spend time during the week running, lifting weights, and participating in cross-fit and bootcamp style exercising. I am always down to participate in any type of fitness activity or competitive event. I also enjoy teaching others about health and fitness. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and concentrate on online personal training as well as teaching pop-up bootcamp workouts. Clean eating and nutrition is a huge part of what I believe makes for a happy momma and a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy finding new “clean” products and recipes and using my creativity to put something together for myself, my husband, and my kids. My families favorite thing to do together is take our bikes with us wherever we go and just “explore” our beautiful city and the areas around it! We love staying fit together!
