Raised in the shadow of the Wasatch mountains, Cait spends most of her time above the valley floor and out of the shadows. The summer months are spent biking and running all the trails, linking canyons, scrambling all the peaks, and training for 100-mile endurance trail races (of which she has completed four). In the winter months, you’ll still find her high up in the Wasatch mountain majesties, except with skis under her feet. She learned to ski before she was two, developing a great love and respect for the Wasatch, and later competed on the World Freeskiing Tour.
Cait earned herself a Global Health degree from the University of Utah. She is a member of Salt Lake County’s Search and Rescue team and works full time saving lives in the local Emergency Room. If you happen to meet her, just hope it’s in the white room instead.
